Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

An incorrect product was delivered.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Supplements & Hygiene Products
Due to the nature of nutrition and supplement products:
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Opening Video Requirement
Customers are requested to provide an unboxing / opening video for faster verification.
In case an opening video is unavailable, claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process
Customers must contact our support team before returning any product.
Return shipping or pickup is arranged based on mutual agreement.
Free return pickups are not guaranteed and depend on the nature of the issue.
Replacement Policy
Approved replacement products will be dispatched within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are credited within 3 working days after processing.
