Return Policy
At Sports And Nutrition World, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
A product may be returned if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or materially different from the product ordered.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original seals, labels, accessories, invoices, and promotional items are intact.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Expired Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video may be requested for verification purposes.
- Upon successful verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
- Products with damaged, removed, or tampered manufacturer seals.
- Products with scratched, damaged, or removed authenticity verification codes.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.
- Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled products where individual items cannot be returned separately.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Supporting images or videos, if applicable
Our customer support team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Return pickup will be arranged for approved returns wherever service is available.
- Return shipping is free for products approved as damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.
- Pickup is generally scheduled within 3–7 business days after approval.
- If pickup attempts fail twice due to customer unavailability, the return request may be cancelled and a new request may be required.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after receiving the customer’s bank account details.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
- Approved replacements are dispatched within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Nutrition World-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
If an order is cancelled by Nutrition World, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
