Return Policy Overview
Nutrition World offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers can request a return, replacement, or refund if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or does not match the order.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Expired Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images and an unboxing video showing the issue.
- After verification, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that are used, opened, or consumed.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
- Products with tampered or missing packaging, seals, or labels.
- Items with scratched or damaged authenticity/verification codes.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Bundled products where individual items cannot be returned separately.
Return Method & Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at care@thenutritionworld.com with your order ID and issue details.
- Attach clear images/videos as required.
- Our team will review and confirm your request within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.
- Pickup will be arranged within 3–7 business days after approval.
- If pickup fails after two attempts, the return request may be canceled and needs to be re-initiated.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after bank details are provided.
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Nutrition World reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
