Refund and Cancellation Policy

Buying any products can be tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one go. But we accept returns with the following condition only;
- Return or exchange requests have to be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
- When requesting a product return or exchange, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
- No exchange or return will be accepted without a 360-degree opening video.
- Exchanges are only accepted for product faults, sizing concerns, or instances when the incorrect product was shipped by us.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted other than those mentioned above.
- To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
- We do not offer free pickups for returns; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
- We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the return.
- The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products are received by us or in our warehouse.
