How do I check my current order status?

Log in and go to My Orders to see the status of every order placed with The Nutrition World.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

Yes. Go to My Orders → Cancel Order before it is packed and dispatched. Refunds for prepaid orders are credited within 5–7 business days.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

What happens if my delivery gets delayed?

Re-delivery will be attempted and you'll receive SMS updates. Contact support if your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected date.

How can I track my shipment?

A tracking ID and courier name will be shared via email and SMS once your order ships. Click the tracking link from the email for real-time updates.

How do you ship orders?

We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post depending on your location. All orders are securely packed.

Do you deliver to all areas across India?

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, contact us and we will find an alternate shipping solution.

Are there any delivery charges?

FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 fee for orders below ₹499. COD carries an additional ₹30 handling charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship only within India. International delivery is being planned — stay tuned for updates!

What payment methods are accepted?

Does The Nutrition World store my card details?

No. All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store or access your card information.

Are prices on the website inclusive of taxes (GST)?

Yes. All prices on thenutritionworld.com are inclusive of GST. No hidden tax charges at checkout.

What is a promo or discount coupon?

Promo coupons are discount codes available on our Offers page, newsletters, and social media. Enter the code at checkout to apply your discount.

Can I use more than one coupon on a single order?

Only one coupon code per order. Some coupons may combine with bank offers or cashback deals — check the coupon terms.

Returns & Refunds
Is my product eligible for a return?

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if received damaged, wrong item sent, or defective. Opened supplements are generally non-returnable unless defective. See our Return Policy.

What should I do if I receive a counterfeit product?

Contact us immediately with photos. We will investigate and provide a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

What happens if the product received is near expiry?

We dispatch products with a minimum 6 months shelf life. If you receive a product with under 3 months remaining, share a photo and we'll arrange a replacement immediately.

How do I initiate a return?

1. Log in and go to My Orders
2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
3. Choose the item and reason
4. Submit — our team reviews within 24 hours.

What is the return process?

1. Pickup is scheduled from your address
2. Pack the product in original packaging
3. Hand it to the courier on pickup date
4. Refund initiated within 5–7 business days after warehouse inspection.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Choose store credit for faster resolution.

Where can I check my return or refund status?

Go to My Orders → Select Order → Return Status. You'll also receive email and SMS updates at each step.

What if the shipping box is visibly damaged on arrival?

Do not accept the delivery if possible. If already accepted, record a video before opening and share it with us within 48 hours.

What if my order shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We'll raise a courier investigation and resolve within 5–7 business days.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

5–7 business days after warehouse inspection, plus 2–3 days for bank processing depending on your bank.
